Our Story

Carrus  was formed by Paul Adams in April 1990 and since then has established an excellent reputation in property development.  Based in Tauranga and organised in a tight focused team around its founder – Paul Adams, Carrus is acknowledged as one of the Bay of Plenty’s regional leaders in property development and management.  Over the years, Carrus has extended its portfolio to encompass projects in Auckland, Hamilton, Taupo, Rotorua, Napier, Palmerston North and Wellington.

Carrus is an experienced land developer with an established track record having proven expertise in planning and design, project management, sales and marketing, and all aspects of financial management.

The list of successful developments to date are not an achievement that Paul and the Carrus team take for granted. They reflect a genuine capability to provide innovative professional management of every development from planning and design through to landscaping and features to ensure there is a quality product which, most importantly, benefits the end section purchaser.
